Cheerful Birds That Create Bonds
The Mitred Parakeet is a very intelligent, energetic, and playful bird. Plus, this type of parakeet can build a very close bond with its owner. Hence, I sometimes feel that there is quite a bond between me and the mitred parakeet. However, they are very noisy and aggressive.
